Sample Schedule

The reset retreat is an opportunity to experience the art of mindful living. We do everything in a spirit of well-being, whether it is walking to the bathroom, eating, or listening deeply to our own body.

The daily schedule is a rough indication and varies slightly between the different hamlets.

Every day we practice mindfulness, meditation, somatic practises, mindful eating and mindful activities which are all designed to support you in the best way and tailored to your specific. needs. There is always a period of “Noble Silence” on the first day, after arrival and orientation introduction until after breakfast the next day.

Here is what a typical day at the reset retreat might look like

7:00am: Wake up

7:30am: Meditation
(followed by Somatic Movement / Touching the Earth / Slow Walking Meditation)

8:30am: Journaling Time

9:00am: Breakfast

10am: Activity

11:30am: Prolonged Activity or Free Time until Lunch

12:30pm: Lunch

1:30pm: Rest or Optional Guided Relaxation / Massage / Aromatherapy Sessions 1:1 / Excursion

5pm: Free Time until Dinner / Optional Massage / Consultations

6:30pm: Light dinner

8pm: Yin Yoga / Sound Healing / Fire / Collective Contemplation

9.30pm: Noble Silence begins

10pm: Lights out & Good Night
